Botanical blends do not follow one universal recipe. A product sold as an alkaloid blend can differ substantially from another with a similar name. Read the panel as a list of specific materials, not as a promise that the category has one standard effect.
Find the named ingredients
Identify each plant or extract and look for its individual amount. A proprietary blend total can leave the proportion of its components unclear. If the product also contains separately listed actives, include them in the comparison.
Compare equal servings
Check whether strength is stated per tablet or per serving. A two-tablet serving can make a front-panel number look larger without changing the per-tablet amount. Extract mass and alkaloid percentage are also different measurements and should stay in separate columns.
Evaluate the whole tablet
Flavors, sweeteners and binders can differ. Read instructions and warnings, then review any certificate of analysis for the specific batch. Testing can confirm reported measurements and screens; it does not validate a broad claim about what a person will feel.
A sound comparison answers what is in each formula, how much is stated per serving, and which batch is documented. If one of those answers is missing, note the gap instead of treating two blends as equivalents.
